Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final except when the product sent is wrong or damaged.
Additionally, items must be unused with original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If the product somehow doesn't meet the standard of quality you're expecting, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Eligibility for returns or exchanges for situations like this will be settled on a case-to-case basis.
Return and Exchange Window
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date listed on your order tracking ID, we unfortunately cannot offer you a replacement or exchange.
Return and Exchange Process
If the item you received is damaged or wrong, you are eligible for two options: you may opt for a replacement or an exchange.
To complete your return or exchange, email our customer service team at email@example.com before you attempt to return your package so we can properly brief you for instructions as well as notify our warehouse team to expect the delivery.
Please note that we may require proof of wrong or damaged item as well as order ID before moving forward with the request.
If qualified for an exchange, you may only choose to exchange your product for the same item or a different item with the same price.
If replacements and exchanges are not applicable, we will handle refunds on a case-to-case basis.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval of your refund.
The refund will be credited to the account you used to pay for the order. In most cases, Paypal is refunded instantly.

We are not responsible for shouldering the shipping fees for returning your item.
