For Metro Manila orders: Metro Manila orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. As such, we don’t give out tracking numbers for orders to be shipped within Metro Manila unless it is specifically requested by the customer.
For provincial orders: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel at our partner courier’s website (CheckMeOut)
Sure! You may designate an authorized representative to receive your order for you. Just note their full name and mobile number in the recipient field of the order form (don't forget to leave payment with recipient for Cash on Delivery payments), and you’re done!
There are instances where the shipping time takes more than expected and is out of our control. Please rest assured that we will be assisting you by providing you with the tracking number and the website where you can track your item.
The following reasons might be the cause of the delayed shipping:
-Unreachable/incorrect mobile number provided by the buyer.
-Area is considered as remote.
Please make sure to provide your complete and correct address to ensure a successful delivery.
However, If the item you received is damaged or wrong, you are eligible for two options: you may opt for a replacement or an exchange.
To complete your replacement or exchange, email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org before you attempt to return your package so we can properly brief you for instructions as well as notify our warehouse team to expect the delivery.
Please note that we requireproof of wrong or damaged items and order ID before moving forward with the request.
